1. How do I place a custom order for an item I don't find on the website?

You can either fill out the form within the "contact us" section and or email us at taylormadeco1@gmail.com where we can help design your item for you!

2. Can I customize the colors of my design?

Yes, you can. If you find an item on our website that catches your eye but you would like a different color or font please feel free to contact us via email or our contact form.

3. What is the turn around time for a custom order?

Typical turn around time for a customized order depending on if we have the apparel in stock is 7-10 business days.

4. Do you do bulk orders?

Yes, I can absolutely do bulk orders whether its for a family event, upcoming birthday party/celebration or a business, just send us an email.

5. What is the return policy?

We DO NOT accept returns. Items can be canceled before they are shipped but once they are shipped and sent out, they are yours. All of our items are custom and made to order which is why we do not accept returns.
